WRDS (Wharton Research Data Services) data management system.

Below is the list of the databases available through WRDS by DePaul faculty/staff/students. To obtain an account on WRDS, please see the account request document.

Audit Analytics -- Audit information on over 1,200 accounting firms and 15,000 publicly registered companies.
Compustat North America -- Database of U.S. and Canadian fundamental and market information on more than 30,000 publicly held companies.
Compustat Global -- Financial and market database covering publicly traded companies in more than 80 countries, including over 96% of European and 88% of Asian markets. It includes upto 12 years of annual history.
CRSP (The Center for Research in Security Prices) -- Collection of security prices, returns, and volumes for the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ companies; it also provides stock indices.
CRSP/COMPUSTAT Merged -- Database that simplifies matching COMPUSTAT financial data to the CRSP security price data.
EVENTUS -- Performs event studies using data from the CRSP database.
I/B/E/S -- Summary and individual analyst forecasts of company earnings, cash flows, and other financial items, as well as buy-sell-hold recommendations.
NYSE TAQ (1993-2002) -- Trade and Quote database contains transactions data for all securities listed on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ.

Global Financial Data -- Collection of financial and economic data covering more than 200 countries extending back to 1265.
International Financial Statistics (IFS) -- Approximately 32,000 time series covering more than 200 countries starting in 1948. Includes exchange rates, Fund accounts and the main global and country economic indicators
Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) -- Maintains a data archive of more than 500,000 files of research in the social sciences. It hosts 16 specialized collections of data in education, aging, criminal justice, substance abuse, terrorism, and other fields.
Thomson One Banker -- Offers easy access to financial data, SEC filings, earnings estimates and related information on US public and international companies.
World Development Indicator -- Provides a comprehensive overview of development drawing on data from the World Bank and more than 30 partners. It includes more than 800 indicators in over 90 tables organized in 6 sections: World View, People, Environment, Economy, States and Markets, and Global.
